The network can't pause.
The count can't drift.
A distribution or fulfillment network runs on automation that has to be installed without stopping the flow — and on an inventory count that has to stay exact across every node. We serve supply chain two ways : the crane lift for the heavy automation — AS/RS modules, conveyor + sortation lines, racking, dock equipment — and the deterministic software that keeps the inventory record exact. Sealed lift plans, the right rigging, and a count you can trust. The operator runs the network ; we install the automation and keep the record straight.

Automation lifts without a sealed plan in hand
Six exposures across the network + the record.
Supply-chain risk splits between the building and the data : a node down at peak, an automation install that overruns, an inventory count that drifts until it can't be reconciled. The exposures below are what sealed lift plans + deterministic software exist to control. Every Maxor engagement addresses them explicitly.
Inventory-count drift
When the count drifts across nodes, every downstream decision — replenishment, allocation, promise dates — runs on bad data. Deterministic, audit-trailed inventory software keeps the record exact and reconcilable, not best-effort.
Node down at peak
An automation install or retrofit that overruns its window takes a DC offline during the volume that matters most. The lift plan sequences the heavy picks into the maintenance window so the node comes back on schedule.
Automation drop or damage
A dropped AS/RS module or conveyor section is a long-lead replacement plus a node out of service. Capacity utilization is documented per pick ; the contingency matrix maps the keep-clear around live racking + utilities.
Confined live-building lift
Lifts happen inside an operating building — over racking, beside conveyor, around staff + traffic. Swing arc + clearance plotted against the as-built ; CRANEbee 3D where the aisle is tight.
Racking-install non-conformance
Improperly installed or engineered racking is a collapse risk + a code non-conformance. We engineer the lift that sets the structure to MHI / RMI ; the install is documented per the standard.
Traceability gap on recall / chargeback
Without lot + location traceability, a recall or a customer chargeback can't be scoped — it spreads. Deterministic genealogy keeps product traceable from inbound to outbound, recall-scopable in minutes.
Two lanes. The install and the record.
Supply chain is where heavy automation meets data discipline — we engineer the crane lift that installs the automation and build the software that keeps the inventory record exact. Six concrete fits.
AS/RS + automation-module lifts
Automated storage/retrieval modules, robotics cells, and heavy automation set into a live building. Over-racking clearance documented. Sequenced into the maintenance window.
Conveyor + sortation-line equipment
Conveyor sections, sortation systems, mezzanine + line components. Precision set in a confined aisle, live-building swing. Repeat-pick efficiency for line builds + retrofits.
Racking + dock-equipment installs
High-bay racking, mezzanines, dock levelers + crane equipment. Engineered to MHI / RMI ; the lift that sets the structure documented to the standard.
Non-marking synthetic rigging
Dyneema® synthetic rigging for installs inside a live, finished building — non-marking, light, non-conductive near electrical + controls. The rigging that doesn't damage the floor or the racking. Authorized Quebec distribution.
Inventory traceability + lot-genealogy
Deterministic inbound-to-outbound traceability — lot + location, every move recorded, audit-trailed, recall- and chargeback-scopable in minutes. The count you can reconcile, not approximate.
Throughput + reconciliation
Reconciles inbound, in-storage, and outbound across the network into one auditable balance — replacing the spreadsheet chain that breaks at every node. Heisen embeds by API into your existing WMS / ERP.
Supply Chain & Logistics in the field
From sector context to the lifts we engineer — a look at where this work happens.

The standards we work to.
We cite crane + rigging standards for the lift, install racking to the material-handling standards, and build the software to a data-integrity bar your auditor recognizes. The network operations are the operator's — we engineer the install + the record around them.
Mobile and locomotive cranes
The mobile crane safety standard — load charts, capacity, setup, operation. Cited on every automation-install lift plan as the methodology baseline.
Mobile crane safety + Quebec lift-plan code
The Canadian mobile crane standard ; in Quebec, Norme Z150 is the provincial lift-plan code. Cited on every engagement in its jurisdiction.
Racking + material-handling install
Material Handling Institute + Rack Manufacturers Institute standards govern racking design + install. We engineer the lift that sets the structure to spec, documented to the standard.
Slings + rigging hardware
Governs slings, shackles, links, and connecting hardware. Cited on the rigging spec — each component rated, non-marking-selected for live-building work.
Supply-chain identification standards
The GS1 standards for barcodes, lot + location identifiers, and traceability. Our inventory software is built to produce a GS1-aligned, audit-trailed record.
Data-integrity principles
Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate + Complete, Consistent, Enduring, Available. The inventory record is built to hold to ALCOA+ for an audit.
Four capability lines. One supply-chain engagement.
Maxor's four service pillars all show up in supply chain — the lift, the simulation, the non-marking rigging, and the inventory software. Here's how each earns its place.
Sealed plans + emergency response
AS/RS, conveyor, and racking lifts, single-crane to multi-crane tandem, sequenced into the maintenance window. Same-day emergency tier when a node-down threatens throughput. Capacity utilization per pick ; Z150 / B30.5 cited inline.
Distribution + training + implementation
Automation installs, confined-aisle swings, and live-building picks modeled in CRANEbee before the crane sets up. Swing arc + keep-clear around live racking drawn against actual building geometry. We distribute, train, and implement the platform on Canadian logistics projects.
Distribution + advisory + training
Dyneema® synthetic rigging for installs inside a live, finished building — non-marking, light, non-conductive near electrical + controls. The rigging that doesn't damage the floor or racking. Authorized Quebec distribution.
Deterministic engineering platform
The main story alongside the lift. Deterministic inventory-traceability + throughput software on Heisen — lot + location genealogy, recall- and chargeback-scopable, audit-trailed, plus Maxor Audit + Maxor Ground. Sovereign, Canada-built. Heisen embeds into your WMS / ERP by API.
Inventory software with a count you can defend.
In supply chain, the software is half the engagement — anchored on Heisen. We build deterministic, audit-grade software : same engineering posture, same team kickoff to go-live, sovereign by default. An inventory record you can reconcile to the unit and scope a recall against in minutes, not days. Engineered in Canada, owned by you.
Heisen — our deterministic intelligence layer — is optional on any build: embed it or not, your call. Either way it plugs into a fresh custom app or your existing third-party software via API.
Inventory-traceability + lot-genealogy platform
Deterministic inbound-to-outbound traceability — lot + location, every move recorded, recall- and chargeback-scopable in minutes. A GS1-aligned record generated as the work happens.
Network reconciliation + throughput
Reconciles inbound, in-storage, and outbound across the network into one auditable balance — replacing the spreadsheet chain that breaks at every node. Deterministic, audit-trailed, sovereign.
Install + asset record
Every automation install, racking structure, and dock asset in one auditable record — sealed lift plans, MHI / RMI conformance, capacity utilization — ready for the operator's facility dossier.
