Maxor Shield
Physics-based security for the agentic era.
Maxor Shield is deterministic cybersecurity built for a world where AI agents act on their own. 25 physics-based subsystems measure the shape of an attack from first principles — information flow, entropy, access pressure — and a unified scan returns a verdict in under 10 milliseconds. No machine learning, no training data, no signatures to update. Just defensible math you can audit, fast enough to block an action before it completes.

Runs where your systems live
Measure the attack, don't match a signature.
Signature scanners only catch what they've seen before ; ML classifiers drift, hallucinate, and can be poisoned. Shield does neither. It measures the physics of what's happening right now — how information is flowing, how much entropy a channel carries, how close an access pattern is to a breach — and decides deterministically. Because it measures the anomaly directly, a brand-new attack trips the same alarm as a known one, with no signature list to maintain and nothing to retrain.
Instrument. Scan. Enforce.
Point Shield at a system or wrap it around an agent. One scan ; three ways to respond.
01 — Instrument
Feed Shield the live signals — request flows, access events, an AI agent's tool calls, a smart-contract transaction. No agents to train, no model access required.
02 — Scan
25 deterministic subsystems measure the anomaly from first principles in parallel, then a correlation pass checks the combination — a full verdict in under 10 milliseconds.
03 — Enforce
Get a verdict with the exact subsystem that fired and why — alert a human, or block the request, tool call, or transaction inline, before it completes.
Three reasons it holds up.
Shield's edge isn't a bigger model — it's a different foundation. Deterministic, first-principles, and aware that attacks combine.
Deterministic, no ML to drift
Every subsystem is a pure function : same input, same verdict, every time. There's no model to train, so nothing drifts, nothing can be poisoned, and every decision is reproducible.
Measures the attack itself
Anomalies are computed from first principles — information, entropy, access physics — not matched against a list of known signatures. A zero-day variant trips the same alarm.
Catches coordinated attacks
A correlation pass watches the combination, not just each check. It flags threshold-surfing — the SolarWinds shape, where every subsystem passes alone but together they're a breach.
Deterministic, fast, verifiable.
Built to fire in the milliseconds that matter — and to be checked, not trusted on faith.
25 physics-based subsystems
Deterministic detectors that measure the physics of an attack — information budget, channel entropy, side-channel leakage, access pressure, exfiltration progress — of our own invention.
Sub-10ms unified scan
Under 1ms per subsystem, under 10ms unified. Fast enough to sit inline and gate a request, a tool call, or a transaction before it lands.
Agent safety middleware
A layered middleware that wraps any AI agent : it inspects tool calls, catches injection and tool-chain abuse, and enforces permission boundaries the agent can't talk its way past.
Cross-subsystem correlation
Coordinated attacks that every single check would wave through are caught by the correlation pass — the combination is measured, not just the parts.
No ML, no GPU, no training data
Nothing to drift, nothing to poison, nothing to retrain. Deterministic by construction — and small enough to run anywhere, including fully offline.
Verifiable by design
Every verdict is reproducible math you can re-check yourself — not a black-box confidence score you have to take on trust.
The attacks built to slip past everything else.
Each measures to a signal Shield reads directly — so a novel variant trips the same subsystem, with no signature update required.
Coordinated & threshold-surfing
Attacks where each step passes on its own but the combination is the breach — the shape that walked straight through perimeter tools in the SolarWinds class of incident.
Prompt injection & tool-chain abuse
Agentic attacks : a hijacked tool call, or a chain where one tool's output is smuggled as another's instruction — caught at the middleware before it executes.
Exfiltration & side-channels
Abnormal information flow and timing side-channels surfaced as the channel opens — flagged before the data crosses the point of no return.
Privilege & permission escalation
Scope escalation, an artifact that outlives a revoked permission, or protected fields injected where they shouldn't be accepted.
Supply-chain attacks
Typosquatting, dependency confusion, and unpinned dependencies flagged before a poisoned package reaches your build.
Smart-contract & DeFi composition
Reentrancy, proxy and bytecode risks, and multi-step DeFi attack patterns — flash-loan-plus-oracle and the rest — caught as a composition, not one isolated call.
Hosted, or entirely inside your perimeter.
Start in the cloud ; bring it in-house when your security review — or your data-residency rule — demands it. The math doesn't need the internet.
Cloud
Fully managed on Canadian-resident infrastructure. The fastest way to put Shield in front of a system — nothing to provision.
Self-hosted
Run the engine inside your own environment for Enterprise deployments — your keys, your infrastructure, your control plane. Signals never leave your network.
Air-gapped
Fully disconnected for the most sensitive deployments. No telemetry, no phone-home — and because it's deterministic and tiny, the full scan runs offline.
From agent builders to critical infrastructure.
Anyone giving software — or an AI agent — the power to act, who needs a verdict they can defend on what that action is allowed to do.
One deterministic philosophy, across the suite.
Shield shares the Maxor posture : deterministic math over black-box models, verifiable over trust-us, sovereign-deployable by default. It's the runtime guard that runs beside Heisen, Maxor Ground, and Maxor Audit in the evidence substrate behind every Maxor surface.
