Authorized Canadian distributor
Maxor Technologies Inc. (Canadian entity) holds Canadian distribution rights for the Maxor Global LLC (Delaware) software portfolio. All products are built and owned by Maxor Global LLC — Maxor Tech contributes closely to product development, production rollout, and Canadian field support, side by side with the Delaware team. We resell, deploy, host, support, and operate it on Canadian terms.
Platforms
Two we sell. Three we run.
One precision standard across both shelves. The flagships are what we distribute and support in Canada ; the rest of the stack is real software we operate — each card says plainly how you get it, or that you cannot.
Flagships
Also in the stack
InternalMaxor Ground
Deterministic hallucination firewall — catches bad LLM output before it reaches your users. Three independent checks of our own invention — defensible math you can audit, not ML classifiers.
2027Maxor Sentinel
Real-time DeFi threat detection — oracle manipulation, liquidation cascades, MEV, flash loans, wash trading. One block before the loss lands, unsupervised, zero-day capable.
ConnectMaxor Shield
Physics-based cybersecurity for the agentic era — 25 deterministic subsystems, sub-10ms unified scan, 5-layer agent safety middleware. No ML drift.
See it in action
Real surfaces. Real screenshots.
No mockups. These are live surfaces from the Maxor suite — the same builds we deploy, host, and support on Canadian terms.

Who this is for
Built for buyers who can't afford guesses.
Four buyer profiles we serve every day in Canada. If you recognize yourself in any of these, we have a platform already shaped for your problem.
The sovereignty-bound buyer
Public sector · Defense suppliers · Regulated finance
Pain
Data residency is non-negotiable. Procurement won't approve foreign-controlled SaaS without local accountability, Canadian invoicing, and on-soil deployment options.
What fits
Canadian contracts, Canadian invoicing, Canadian field support — and Local or Hybrid deployment on every platform that demands it. Ownership stays American, the accountability stays Canadian.
Platforms
The precision-critical operator
Oil & Gas · Mining · Ports · Lift planning · Energy
Pain
An LLM hallucination on your shop floor costs lives or millions. You need answers with proofs, not vibes — and an audit trail that survives a regulator visit.
What fits
Deterministic engines, audit-ready outputs, compression-first math — the same posture we use on our own crane lifts. When the lift can't fail, the math can't either.
Platforms
The Canadian operations leader
Mid-market · Multi-province · CAD-native
Pain
US SaaS lock-in, FX surprises, GST/PST/QST chaos, English-only support burning out your French team — and a stack that wasn't built for how Canada actually runs payroll, billing, and compliance.
What fits
CAD-first billing, FR/EN support out of the box, multi-province compliance, and Canadian field accountability. One contact, one invoice, one accountability chain.
Platforms
The development team lead
Tech firms · Dev orgs · R&D groups
Pain
Your team needs AI in their daily flow, but shipping proprietary code or sensitive data to foreign clouds is a hard no. Your security review keeps blocking the deployment.
What fits
Heisen is the substrate, and it runs where your code does — cloud, your own hardware, or air-gapped. Most queries never leave your machines, and the ones that do carry an audit trail your security review can read.
Platforms
Sovereignty & trust posture
Six commitments that survive your security review.
Every procurement objection we hear in Canada comes back to the same six points. Here is how we handle them — concretely, by default, on every deal.
Canadian data residency
Local deployment never leaves your hardware. Hybrid keeps data in CA-region with CA-only burst compute. Cloud uses CA-region SaaS with no US-region replication unless you explicitly authorize it.
Canadian legal accountability
PIPEDA plus provincial coverage — Quebec Law 25, Alberta PIPA, BC PIPA. Canadian-currency invoicing, multi-province tax handling, Canadian-entity contracts, disputes adjudicated under Canadian law.
Audit-ready by default
Deterministic engines emit explainable outputs. Every decision is reproducible from inputs. Every action is logged with a provable trail. No black-box ML to defend in front of a regulator.
No vendor lock-in
Open data formats, JSON / CSV / SQL exports on demand, no exit fees. Any platform with a Local deployment can be self-hosted in full. The Heisen substrate is portable — your investment is not held hostage.
Direct line to the product team
Team based in Quebec City, FR/EN by default. Maxor Tech contributes to the product directly, so support escalates to the development team — not to a foreign-tier ticket queue. One contact, one accountability chain.
Compliance ready for your auditor
Your compliance review doesn't start from zero. PIPEDA-aligned by default. Sector postures mapped for ITAR / CMMC (defense), SOC 2 Type II (finance), ISO 27001 (industrial). Every deal walks away with its own compliance target — scope, milestones, deliverables — committed at qualification.
