Multi-crane simulation · 3D clash detection.
CRANEbee® is the multi-crane simulation platform we distribute exclusively in Canada — built by CRANIMAX GmbH (Germany), deployed on Canadian sites by Maxor. The world's most demanding lift environments use it for site modeling, clash detection, and load-path validation before any field execution. Our methodology layer wraps the platform : every multi-crane plan we engineer is modeled in CRANEbee® before mobilization.

A multi-year technology modernization mandate, active under engagement. Client-side specifics are protected by default — what's published below is the engineering posture, the methodology applied, and the public-facing outcomes the client approves for reference.

The mandate : modernize the operational stack while keeping the day-to-day business running. Methodology : the same 5-gate engagement lifecycle published on /how-we-work, run end-to-end. McKinsey 7S applied at the diagnostic phase. ADR-driven decisions throughout. Bilingual deliverables produced in parallel. No mid-project hand-off — the senior lead who scopes the work signs the go-live.
