Maxor Digital — advise · build · run

We consult. Then we build it — on our own ERP.

Most firms hand you a deck. We advise on your technology investment, then design, build, and run the system — on MaxorConnect, our own AI-native ERP, and Heisen, our deterministic substrate. One partner, strategy to production.

We don't build systems of record. We build intelligence.

MaxorConnect is the first agentic ERP of the future — CRM, accounting, projects, fleet, procurement, and field, run by supervised AI agents on a deterministic substrate, where the software does the work instead of asking you to fill in another form.

How we think

Four principles. Non-negotiable.

The same engineering posture runs through every engagement — whether it's a tandem lift plan or a multi-month software build.

01
Engineering posture
We document every decision. We name every assumption. You can verify all of it — numbers, code, calculations. No slides that collapse when you dig in.
Maxor Engineering
A sealed lift plan whose capacity you can recompute.
Maxor Digital
Code and calculations you run yourself — traceable to a deterministic engine.
02
Principal-led, end to end
The senior who scopes your mandate is accountable for shipping it — the person you talk to today is the one building it tomorrow. No hand-off to a junior, no offshore subcontracting, no account manager rotating every quarter.
Maxor Engineering
The engineer who seals your plan briefed your crew.
Maxor Digital
The architect who scoped your build is in your code reviews.
03
Bilingual by default
French and English, native on both sides. Board demo in English on Monday, code review in French on Tuesday — your call, every time.
Maxor Engineering
A crew brief in French, a stamped plan in English.
Maxor Digital
A board demo in English, a code review in French.
04
One price, no surprises
We lock scope and budget on day 1. If we need to push further to ship it right — we push, the invoice doesn't move. If you genuinely want to add scope, we talk about it openly, not via a mid-quarter change-order.
Maxor Engineering
Scope locked before mobilization; the sealed plan ships on budget.
Maxor Digital
Scope locked at kickoff; the release ships on budget.
Software · what we build

A full software suite. One precision standard.

The Maxor Global product line is what we engineer in-house. End-to-end security, deterministic execution, audit-ready by default — the same posture we bring to a tandem lift plan.

Heisen — the deterministic compute substrate
Production
Heisen

The deterministic engine substrate behind Maxor's AI surfaces. Audit-ready by default, compression-first, designed for precision-critical work.

Maxor Connect — the operations workspace
Production
Maxor Connect

Operations platform — CRM, billing, accounting, project, fleet, recruitment, estimation, compliance. Where the math is provable.

One team. One accountable name.

Plan it. Rehearse it. Rig it. Seal it.

A rigging distributor sells you chain. A software vendor sells you a license. We engineer the plan, prove it in simulation, and supply the rigging spec'd inside that plan — one team owns the lift's integrity end to end.

01
Plan — engineered load-path-first
Load path, ground bearing, capacity utilization and wind window — engineered to Norme Z-150 and ASME B30.5.
02
Rehearse — CRANEbee® 3D simulation
Every tandem pick modeled before mobilization — 3D clash detection catches the conflict on screen, not on site.
03
Rig — Murlink® spec'd inside the plan
Dyneema® rigging — 85% lighter than steel — matched to the rated loads the plan itself calls for.
04
Seal — signed by an engineer licensed in QC & ON
Peer-reviewed, then sealed by a licensed OIQ engineer of record. Quebec and Ontario.

A US distributor can't seal a Z-150 plan or brief your crew in French. A German software vendor can't answer the phone in your time zone in your language. We can — because we're here, and we plan the lift too.

Why Maxor

The alternatives own one piece. We own the whole.

In steel or in software, the others own one slice — a distributor ships steel, a SaaS vendor ships a license, a consultancy ships a report. We own the whole engagement, end to end, on both sides.

Agentic substrate

Heisen builds the products it runs.

Heisen isn't a feature of our products — it's the substrate underneath. We use it to develop the software ; the same substrate runs it once shipped ; the same substrate extends to the apps we build for customers. Same brain at every layer, from the empty editor on Monday to the live production call on Friday.

HEISEN

Build-and-runtime substrate · 4,000+ computation engines orchestrated as agents · same brain in dev, in prod, on customer hardware

Development
Heisen ships the next version of itself.
When we add a new computation engine — say for validating a structural load path, or for scheduling a precision machining shop — a developer writes the contract first : inputs, invariants, expected outputs. Heisen scaffolds the implementation against it and runs every verification gate. The developer then reads the diff, weighs the trade-offs, and decides — a green gate alone ships nothing. The mechanical work moves to the substrate ; the judgment stays with the developer, every commit.
Acts asScaffolder + verifier on its own codebase
Runs whenA new engine spec enters the queue — internal, customer, or patch on an existing engine
ProducesWorking engine · every verification gate run · developer-reviewed diff · ship-ready commit · hours not weeks
Runtime · Maxor Connect
Every screen has fifty decisions you never see.
Open a deal in Maxor Connect. Heisen has already scored its health, drafted the next outreach, flagged the at-risk renewals on the same account, refreshed the cashflow forecast around it, recomputed the pipeline weighting. The click you make is the fiftieth decision in that session — the prior forty-nine are agents thinking quietly in the background. There is no traditional API tier sitting between the screen and the brain.
Acts asThe actual backend — not a layer behind one
Runs whenAny user interaction in any Maxor app
ProducesScored data · drafted communication · routed work · cashflow re-forecast · only the judgment calls reach a human
Customer engagements
Every engagement sharpens the engines.
When we build a custom app — for an engineering firm, a construction general contractor, a technology manufacturer — the application, the data, and the IP are yours. Heisen can sit inside the app or stay outside ; cloud or on your own hardware. The engines underneath were already there before the mandate started — what changes is how sharp they get against your specific constraints, your edge cases, your domain reality.
Acts asShared engine substrate, sharpened by every engagement (never by your data)
Runs whenAn engagement surfaces constraints the engines hadn't met yet
ProducesSharper engines · domain edge cases captured · same substrate every other customer uses · your code, data, and IP stay with you · always
Zero training on customer data
The engines added to Heisen are domain-agnostic logic patterns — your application code, your data, and your IP never enter the substrate or any training loop. Per-engagement contracts spell it out explicitly.
Sovereign deployment available
When the work can't leave your perimeter, Heisen runs entirely on your hardware via the Maxor Sovereign Stack. No prompts, completions, or telemetry leave the box.
